Elmer Van Duzen was born in Kent County, Canada on April 14, 1899 to parents Samuel A. and Jane (Reid) Van Duzen.
Elmer married Adelle Hamilton. Elmer and Adelle had the following children:

2. Roy - married Claudine Hawkins
Elmer, Adelle and Bev came to the United States around 1922. Elmer had a store in Hazel Park, Michigan on the corner of John R and Evelyn streets.
Adelle passed away after 1925 she is buried in Grand Bend, Canada.
Elmer then married Arlene Elizabeth Peltier (b: October 20, 1912 - d: March 27, 1972. They lived in the Hazel Park area of Michigan for awhile, then moved to California. Elmer owned a store in California, too. Elmer and Arlene had the following children:

Elmer passed away December 31, 1966 and is buried in Glen Haven Memorial Park in Sylmar, California. |
